Privacy

The plain-English version. TuckPing follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

• Tag owners: the first name you give us, your Telegram chat ID (so we can deliver messages), and the names you give your tags.
• Finders: the notes you send, plus the location and contact details you choose to share.
• Customers: your name, email and delivery address. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card details.
• Waitlist: your email address and what you're interested in.
• Scans: the time a tag was scanned. We don't store IP addresses or your location.

Why

To pass notes between finders and owners, deliver your order, tell you about TuckPing if you joined the waitlist, and count how well the service works. We never sell your data, and we never show anyone your phone number or Telegram account.

Who sees what

Finders see the owner's first name and the item's name. Owners see what the finder chose to write. Notes are delivered through Telegram.

How long we keep it

Finder notes and contact details are deleted 180 days after a chat starts. Order records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email our Data Protection Officer at tuckping@polsia.app.

Fair use

Please only use TuckPing to help return lost things. We may block anyone who sends spam, threats or abuse.
